Anyone in Massachusetts can now call or text the Behavioral Health Help Line for immediate clinical assessment and to get connected to treatment at 833-773-2445, or walk into or call their local Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC) for 24 / 7 crisis services and more. They can connect you directly to mental health and substance use treatment, when and where you need it. Even if you're not sure what kind of help or treatment you may need, the Behavioral Health Help Line staff will help guide you.
