The Tyngsborough Board of Health will host an additional COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic on Monday, December 27, 2021 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Tyngsborough Middle School (50 Norris Road).
The clinic is free and available to all residents ages 5 and up. This clinic is for first dose, second dose, and booster shots. Residents should register for an appointment here.
Residents ages 5 and up may receive the Pfizer Vaccine. Anyone under the age of 18 will be required to provide a signed consent form authorized by a parent or guardian.
You are eligible to receive a booster shot of the vaccine if you 16 or older and it has been at least six months since your second dose of Pfizer or Moderna or at least two months since your first dose of the J&J. Pfizer & Moderna are available for residents ages 18+. Residents ages 16 and 17 may receive the Pfizer booster.
If receiving the booster, please be sure to bring your CDC vaccination card or other documentation.
