Town Center Master Plan

In August of 2013, in accordance with M.G.L. c. 7C, §§ 44 though 58, a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) was issued for qualified individuals or firms to submit responses for the services of a registered architect or engineer to complete a Town Buildings Master Plan.

After a review of the responses based on the rubric listed in the RFQ, pursuant to the M.G.L. the Town negotiated a fee with the most advantageous responding firm, Drummey Rosane Anderson, Inc. (DRA). After a successful negotiation, the Town awarded the work to DRA.

Over the course of the last year, DRA has met with representatives of all operating departments included in the Town Buildings Master Plan and at times with the Board of Selectmen.
