The Governor has issued an executive order that temporarily repeals or amends portions of the state’s Open Meeting Law in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. To continue to allow public meetings, the Town of Tyngsborough will utilize a computer/phone conference service called Zoom. This allows for both board/committee members and public participation. Many meetings will continue to air live on Tyngsborough TV in this fashion.

Zoom Meeting connection details will be posted on the Public Meeting calendar page in the “event details” section for each meeting that includes remote participation. To participate in a meeting, you can connect using your computer or dial in with the numbers provided in the meeting. Should you have a question or comment, please use the chat feature if you are connected via computer or press *9 to raise your hand if connected only via phone. In general, you should leave yourself muted to eliminate background noise during the meeting.

Additional information about how to connect/participate in Zoom meetings is below.

Should you have a question, please reach out to Administration or the IT Department.
