This year, the Town of Tyngsborough will honor our Veterans by supporting the Wreaths Across America event being held on December 16th 2023.
The Wreaths Across America is wonderful tradition that takes place this time of year all across our Country that the Town of Tyngsborough is proud to be a part of. This is a public event so please join us on December 16th 2023 at 11:00 am at the Tyngsborough Town Hall at 25 Bryants Lane.
Please note that this will replace the traditional Veteran’s Day program typically hosted by the American Legion & Town of Tyngsborough in November.

Wreaths Across America Event
We are pleased to announce, in partnership with the Tyngsborough Fire Association and the Town of Tyngsborough’s Veterans office, we have teamed up with Wreaths Across America to secure a location for Tyngsborough. Our goal is to receive donations to purchase wreaths for all of the approximate 480 veterans laid to rest in town. We will honor them by laying Remembrance Wreaths on the graves of our country’s fallen heroes across the cemeteries in Tyngsborough.
After the 11:00 am ceremony, we will place wreaths at the following locations: Memorial Cemetery, Sherburne Cemetery, Drake Cemetery, Flint Cemetery, Gould Burial Ground, and Thompson Cemetery.
