FEEDBACK NEEDED! Does your Youth Group or Tyngsborough-based Non-Profit Organization require meeting space but you can’t afford the current rental fees at public or private meeting spaces in town? The Select Board is considering a new Reduced Rental Rate for organizations such as the Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts, Tyngsborough Garden Club, and similar organizations. Prior to setting a rate, the Board would like to hear from groups in our community regarding your space needs and the potential rate that would be affordable to you. The Board is considering a low annual rental fee for each organization to utilize the former recreation building at 120 Westford Road. Eligible organizations would be responsible for cleaning the building after each meeting/use to ensure the building is returned to its prior condition, and ready for the next organization to meet.
