Today Governor Baker announced a new 2-1-1 Mass Vaccine Scheduling Resource line for seniors age 75+ who need help scheduling vaccine appointments but are unable to access the state’s website to access state sites that are convenient to them. 2-1-1 is a dedicated virtual call center and will be open Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00 pm, will be staffed with over 500 representatives. Translation services are available for callers who need them.
If an appointment is not available at the time of the call, callers will have an option to be placed on a call-back list for the mass vaccination locations. When an appointment becomes available, it will be filled on a first-come, first-serve basis.
The Governor is also recommending that those able to use the website continue to do so while the call center ramps up as it is the quickest and easiest way to schedule a vaccine appointment or check availability is to use the online system here.
PLEASE NOTE: This page has a map of COVID-19 vaccination locations with contact details and sign-up information for individuals currently eligible to be vaccinated. Additional locations will be added in the coming weeks. Appointments at mass vaccination sites are released weekly on Thursdays. Individuals will need to confirm they are eligible to get vaccinated in the current phase. Please use the zip code search or the map to find a vaccination location near you.
