The Finance Committee Guidebook for the May 7th Annual & Special Town Meeting is now available. The guidebook includes information about the Town's stabilization funds, includes the language for each warrant article, an explanation for each article, the recommendation votes of the Finance Committee and Select Board, as well as the vote threshold required. A hard copy of the guidebook is available for those who need it in the Office of the Select Board & Town Manager and limited copies will be available at Town Meeting. Residents are strongly encouraged to bring their own, follow along on the screen, or use the QR codes throughout the meeting to follow along digitally.

Reminders:

1) Town Manager Colin Loiselle will host the Pre-Town Meeting Information on Tuesday, April 30th at 6 PM at Town Hall. This is an informational meeting only, there are no debates or votes taken. The session is recorded and broadcast live. You can also view video explanations for each article on the Town Meeting page. Additionally, you can send questions about the warrant to administration@tyngsboroughma.gov or call 978-649-2300 x100.

2) Review the FY25 budget page for more detailed information including copies of recent presentations, detailed line item budgets, and more.

Finally, Town Meeting will take place at 7:00 PM on Tuesday, May 7th, 2024 at the Tyngsborough Elementary School. Childcare is available for the duration of the meeting courtesy of Tyngsborough Public Schools.
