Staff in the Town Manager's Office also provide information, materials, and technical assistance to citizens, various town boards/committees, and commissions.

Mission Statement

The Town Manager's Office is committed to providing quality and innovative service in a supportive and creative environment. We strive to work cooperatively with citizens and municipal employees in setting the direction for the Town.

Select Board Goals

Every year, the Select Board works with the Town Manager to establish goals for the new Fiscal Year. The goals reflect the Board's priorities and present a list of objectives that Town staff work toward under the direction of the Town Manager. The Town Manager provides monthly updates to the Board on progress toward completing these goals.
