The Board of Assessor’s is currently undergoing a property re-inspection program to satisfy the requirements of the Massachusetts Department of Revenue.

The program includes a full exterior re-measure and interior inspection of all improved property in town.  Inspectors will have photo identification and be registered with the Police Department.

If you are not home at the time of the inspector’s visit, a card will be left asking you to contact the office to schedule an appointment for the interior inspection.  Please contact the Assessor’s Office at 978-649-2300, ext. 121 with any questions or concerns.

Inspections will be taking place on the following streets:  Alpine, Anderson, Appaloosa, Bishop, Black Oak, Chestnut, Diaz, Groton, Hillcrest, Jacques, Mayflower, Minuteman, Old Hickory, Oregon, Overlook, Paddock, Palomino, Patriot, Pilgrim, Primrose, Red Gate, Rello, Richards, Roberge, Scribner, Vista and Westford.
