On November 7, 2011 at 11:51PM Tyngsborough Police officers responded to Mascuppic Trail for a report of a male subject in a blue tarp who was wet and reporting he was kidnapped and pistol whipped.  Police Officers tended to him and Fire Department and Ambulance were called to treat the subject for hypothermia, and he was bleeding from head trauma. He was transported to a local hospital for treatment and his injuries are not considered to be life threatening. His identity is being withheld pending investigation, he is an 18 year old male from Boston MA.  The vehicle being operated by the suspects is described as a beige Toyota corolla, a broadcast was put out to area departments at the time. Victim reports he was kidnapped by two males, pistol whipped and then dropped at the edge of lake Mascuppic and ordered to undress and swim out into the lake.
