Bi-Weekly Mandatory Curbside Recycling
“Don’t throw your tax dollars in the trash…recycle”

Tyngsborough has a contract with Allied Waste Management to collect residential trash every Thursday.  Recycling is collected every other Thursday. For information on your pick-up, refer to the recycling calendar or contact the Board of Health at 978-649-2300 x118.

Please Follow These Rules:

• Place your recyclables at the curb by 6:30AM
• Recycling bins should be separated from your trash containers by at least 10 feet or on opposite side of the driveway from trash containers.
• Hazardous Waste must be disposed properly
• Recyclable materials can be placed in ANY sturdy container marked “RECYCLE” (i.e., laundry basket, trash can, etc.). Free “Recycle” labels for your containers are available from the Board of Health office at Town Hall.
• New residents can pick up a FREE recycling bin at the Board of Health office.

An industrial paper shredder is available for public use at the Town Hall meeting room during regular business hours.

Holidays: No collection on holidays.  When a holiday occurs, the collection will be on Friday.
