New Job Opening (June 2018): Town Planner

The Town of Tyngsborough has an opening for a full-time Town Planner. Read the job posting here or view the Jobs and Committee Openings page for more information. This full-time, 40 hour/week, position is benefits eligible and is included in the town’s SEIU Mid Management Union. Salary range will start at $60,000 annually and will be commensurate with experience. Full job description is available in the HR Department or here. Tyngsborough Awarded Community Compact Grant for $125,000 – May 2018

The State of Massachusetts selected the Town of Tyngsborough for a $125,740 grant to support the implementation of a new integrated financial software platform, which will include collections, treasury, accounting and payroll functions. The software, which will be phased in over the next few years, will provide greater controls, security and transparency as well as provide the public to greater access to real-time financial data.
