Remote Participation Update – March 30, 2020

The Governor has issued an executive order that temporarily repeals or amends portions of the state’s Open Meeting Law in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. To continue to allow public meetings, the Town of Tyngsborough is using Zoom meetings for both board/committee members and public participation. Many meetings will continue to air live on Tyngsborough TV in this fashion.

Zoom Meeting connection details will be posted in the calendar events below for each meeting that includes remote participation. If you are on a board or committee and have questions about how this will work, please reach out to Administration or IT.

If you are a member of the public, you can connect using your computer or dial in with the numbers provided in the meeting. Should you wish to participate with a question or comment, please use the chat feature if you are connected via computer or press *9 to raise your hand if connected only via phone.

Additional information about how to connect/participate in Zoom meetings is below.
